• Deposit of 50% required on signing to secure price & manufacture.
• Balance payable when goods ready for dispatch. Goods will only be dispatched
after the payment shows up in our bank account.
• Title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until payment has been received
& cleared for all goods & services provided.
• The buyer shall inspect the Goods on delivery and shall within 7 days
notify the Company of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure
to comply with the description or quote.
• Installation (if applicable) only relates to goods supplied by us. Client’s
own goods fitted on “all care no liability” basis. (as extra)
• No Plumbing or electrical work included. (unless quoted by us)
• No responsibility can be accepted for goods or services not specified
or altered once quoted.
• Delivery date and times are approximate, no penalties or deductions will
be accepted for client’s bookings of subtrades and any losses incurred.
